We are looking for a Solution Architect with experience in HRIT and Time and Payroll systems to join our Gavdi team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Danish and will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing SAP solutions, particularly in the context of our many upcoming cloud time and payroll projects. The role is fast-paced and collaborative and as a technically sound professional with strong communication skills, you will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP integration solutions across multiple systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practice.
- Integration and Optimization: Oversee the integration of SAP with payroll systems and other third-party applications, optimizing system performance and ensuring data accuracy.
- Risk Management: Asses potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security, scalability, and stability of SAP solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions.
- Upcoming Projects: Contribute to the planning, design, and execution of upcoming cloud time and payroll, bringing expertise in HR and payroll processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with SAP’s latest technologies and advancements and propose innovations to improve existing systems and processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience with Project and Resource Management.
- Experience working with payroll systems such as Visma or other similar systems.
- Understanding of SAP cloud solutions and their application in HR and Payroll.
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or SAP HCM is a plus but not a requirement.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor business and functional team members to help them develop their skills and competencies.
