A significant part of Gavdi´s focus is on cutting-edge HR solutions, such as ServiceNow HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors. You will play an essential role in designing and implementing ServiceNow for HR, ensuring our customers fully benefit from combining ServiceNow with SuccessFactors, Workday and other HR-solutions. We also help our customers across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, IRM/TPRM, Integration Hub and Automation Engine, and continuously expand our services matching the growth of ServiceNow. Together with the international Gavdi team you will deliver the next generation of Cloud applications and services to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Implementation Leadership: Lead design and configuration for ServiceNow implementation projects, utilizing NowCreate with design thinking and best practice process design methodologies.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist in preparing and delivering pre-sales demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities of ServiceNow to potential clients.
• Client Engagement: Participate in customer events sharing best practices and success stories to support client understanding and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow’s advanced capabilities and how they are practically used.
• Innovation And Development: Engage in innovation initiatives, developing new features and enhancements that leverage ServiceNow’s platform capabilities to meet evolving customer needs.

As we’re looking for ServiceNow senior consultants, we’d prefer that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.
• Experience working in a consultancy environment.
• 3+ year’s of experience implementing ServiceNow.
• 2+ year´s of “hands on”-experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD.
• Active certification in ServiceNow HR (ServiceNow HR-CIS; ideally also Pro and related training and certification).
• Experience working efficiently with remote teams and customers.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, while effectively managing priorities. and communicating progress.
• Native Danish speaker. Excellent spoken and written English.
