A significant part of Gavdi´s focus is on cutting-edge HR solutions, such as ServiceNow HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors. You will play an essential role in designing and implementing ServiceNow for HR, ensuring our customers fully benefit from combining ServiceNow with SuccessFactors, Workday and other HR-solutions. We also help our customers across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, IRM/TPRM, Integration Hub and Automation Engine, and continuously expand our services matching the growth of ServiceNow. Together with the international Gavdi team you will deliver the next generation of Cloud applications and services to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Trusted Client Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor for several clients, advising on HRIT-roadmap, ServiceNow-roadmap, operating model and how to create optimal value from the platform and new releases.
• Architectural Best Practices: Provided best practice architectural guidance on two or more end-to-end implementation projects, covering the full suite of ServiceNow capabilities in the relevant products.
• Project Leadership: Independently lead design and configuration on projects, employing NowCreate supplemented withs design thinking and best practice process design methodologies.
• Client Engagement: Actively participate in customer events, sharing best practices and client success stories to showcase ServiceNow’s value and demonstrate project outcomes
• Proposal Support: Contribute to proposal development by providing architectural advice, scoping, and estimation to support project planning and resource allocation.
• Pre-Sales Demonstrations: Independently conduct pre-sales demonstrations, showcasing ServiceNow capabilities and value propositions to prospective clients.
• Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of all ServiceNow’s advanced capabilities and how they are practically used; including integrations, business benefits and how to drive successful adoption.
• Innovation and Development: Drive innovation initiatives developing new features fully leveraging platform capabilities of ServiceNow.

As we’re looking for experienced ServiceNow architects, we’d prefer that you have:

• Master’s degree or higher in relevant field.
• Experience working in a consultancy environment.
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of hand-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD.
• Active certification in ServiceNow HR (ServiceNow HR-CIS; ideally also Pro and related training and certification).
• Practical experience with ServiceNow-SuccessFactors or ServiceNow-Workday integrations are a plus.
• Experience delivering projects as part of remote teams.
• Native Danish speaker. Excellent spoken and written English.
