Gavdi Group are looking for a motivated and dedicated Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. Our SAP SuccessFactors business is now looking for a senior project manager, who’s interested in working as part of an international team.
The aim of the role is to serve our customers in Denmark, but also to work on challenging projects for customers based across the EMEA region. You will need to act as a trusted advisor for our customers, by considering the balance between customer needs and project scope. This position will also be responsible for supporting project management activities within the SAP SuccessFactors practice, as well as performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising business analysts, developers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementations projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resources allocation strategies to effectively manage project scope, tasks, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives. Ensure that scope changes are carefully evaluated, documented, and managed to prevent scope creep.
- Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables to project team. Review quality of work and manage integration of team members’ work. Provide performance input to project team members’ functional management
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking expenses and resource utilization.
- Allocate project resources, including human resources, equipment, and material, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risk. Develop contingency plans and strategies to address potential issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Ensure proper use of methodology, tools, and procedures
- Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of SAP solutions within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of SAP project management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with personal integrity and ethics.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional teams within a formalized methodology.
- Market knowledge and international implementation experience.
- A very good understanding of workforce management solutions and services is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Fluency in English.
- Industry and project management certifications, such as Prince II and Agile.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
