We are looking for a Senior Manager SAP Integrations to join our Copenhagen team. In this role, you will lead integration strategy, architecture, and delivery across client engagements, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Integration Suite on SAP BTP. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while driving both delivery excellence and commercial outcomes.
This role is suited to an experienced consultant who combines deep technical expertise with leadership, client engagement, and a strong commercial mindset.
What you will do

Lead integration architecture and delivery across complex SAP and SuccessFactors landscapes

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on integration strategy, architecture, and roadmap decisions

Own senior client relationships, engaging with IT leadership and enterprise architects

Drive pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and proposal development

Shape integration solutions and offerings in collaboration with account and sales teams

Take accountability for delivery across multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and profitability

Build, lead, and develop integration teams across projects and markets

Ensure alignment between SuccessFactors, SAP systems, and integration platforms (BTP / Integration Suite)

Contribute to business growth through opportunity identification and account development
What we are looking for

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP

Deep understanding of SAP and SuccessFactors data models and end-to-end business processes

Proven experience in SAP integration architecture within enterprise environments

Experience in a client-facing consulting role, with ownership of delivery and stakeholder relationships

Leadership experience, including team development and multi-project delivery responsibility

Strong commercial mindset, with experience in pre-sales, solution shaping, and estimations

Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels

Mastery of Danish and English, both spoken and written

Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive complex engagements end-to-end
