Right now, we’re looking to add a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to our Nordic team, someone who knows Employee Central inside and out. The role is based in our Copenhagen office.

You’ll be working on some of the most interesting HR transformation projects in the region, partnering with global clients. If you’re ready to dive into complex projects, take ownership, and be a trusted advisor that clients rely on, we’d like to hear from you.

What you will do:

As a Senior Consultant within our SuccessFactors Employee Central practice, you will:

• Lead implementation design, including process alignment and pre-project services.
• Lead actual module implementation with our clients.
• Engage with our clients, understanding and aligning their business processes and needs into functional solution.
• Conduct presentations to clients both in person and remotely
• Stay updated on new developments and possibilities within SuccessFactors, ensuring that you are a creditable and trustworthy expert to our clients.
• Collaborate with our Account and Bid Managers to develop accurate scope and pricing documents to meet the requirements of the clients.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and driven consultant who can lead with confidence and deliver value to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Three to five years of relevant experience in HR technology, preferably with a background in HR processes
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central
• Proven experience with at least one full-cycle Employee Central implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A professional, client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
• Willing to travel as needed within the EMEA region
