Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements, and design and develop appropriate SAP solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, design solutions, and develop comprehensive implementation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and project teams to ensure successful implementations and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP solutions.
- Stay up to date on relevant SAP industry trends, and best practice.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven background in ABAP development – preferably both on ECC and on SAP 4/HANA.
- Knowledge of BTP and experience in developing Fiori/ Fiori Elements apps is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
- A team player who will contribute actively to our development team of engaged colleagues.
- It is an advantage to have been working with SAP HCM, Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll but not a requirement.
