We are looking for a Principal SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central) to join our Copenhagen office. You will lead complex Employee Central implementations for large organisations across Europe, partnering with global clients. This role is suited to someone who takes ownership at a strategic level and acts as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.
What you will do
- Lead implementation design, including process alignment and pre-project advisory services • Drive Employee Central and Time Management implementations, setting the standard for quality and delivery
- Translate business requirements into robust functional solutions in close collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Facilitate executive-level workshops and presentations, both onsite and remotely, in Danish and English
- Maintain deep expertise in SuccessFactors, ensuring clients receive current and relevant guidance
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to solution design, scoping, and pricing in collaboration with account and bid teams
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with strong expertise in HR processes • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle Employee Central implementations • Experience with Time Management is a strong advantage
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at senior and executive levels
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- High personal standards and a consistent focus on delivery quality
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required
