We are looking for a Senior or Principal SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in  Compensation and Variable Pay to join our team. You can be based in Finland, Denmark, the United  Kingdom, Germany, or Portugal, working closely with your local Gavdi team while collaborating  across our international organisation. You will lead and deliver complex implementations for large  organisations across Europe, partnering with global clients. This role is suited to experienced  consultants who combine strong functional expertise with the ability to advise at a strategic level. 

What you will do

  • Lead the design and delivery of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay  implementations 
  • Advise clients on compensation strategy, processes, and system optimisation
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust functional solutions
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance and building trusted  relationships 
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations for both business and technical audiences
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across all project phases, from scoping to go-live
  • Stay current with SuccessFactors innovations and bring best practices into client  engagements
  • Contribute to business development, including solution design, scoping, and proposal input
  • Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within both local and cross country teams

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors consultant, at Senior or Principal level
  • Mandatory certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
  • Strong track record of delivering full-cycle implementations in Compensation and/or  Variable Pay 
  • Solid understanding of compensation processes, including merit planning, bonus schemes,  and incentive models 
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at senior and executive levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Fluency in English and in the local language of your country of residence
  • High standards for quality and delivery 
  • Willingness to travel as required across the EMEA region
