Help Organisations Use Their People Data Better
We are looking for a People Analytics/Intelligence Consultant for our Copenhagen office who will help us build and expand our People Analytics, People Intelligence, and SAC service offerings. In this role, you will deliver advanced workforce analytics projects, develop proprietary frameworks, and position us competitively as HR analytics becomes a standard client expectation.
You will join our Talent, Analytics & AI team and work closely with colleagues across Gavdi to support our existing teams with data-driven insights while generating revenue through billable consulting work.
You will work with SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). If you have experience with these tools already, excellent. If not, we will support your development.
What you’ll do

Deliver advanced workforce planning, turnover analysis, and predictive modeling projects for clients

Design and implement analytics solutions using SuccessFactors People Analytics and SAC

Develop proprietary frameworks and tools that differentiate our services

Support clients in defining KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks

Contribute to data modelling and integration activities in BDC

Facilitate workshops and advisory sessions on People Analytics strategy and enablement

Collaborate with AI specialists on predictive and prescriptive analytics cases

Support our existing HR consulting teams with data-driven insights for client engagements

Continue developing your expertise within HR data, analytics and modern HR technology
What you bring

Experience in HR Analytics, Data Analytics or HR Technology consulting

Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Analytics, SAC, or a similar BI platform

Understanding of HR processes and data (e.g., headcount, turnover, absence, performance)

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into clear business insights

Solid stakeholder management and communication abilities

A structured, proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines

Interest in transformation and implementation projects

A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in a team

Fluency in English
