Your journey starts from our Nordic Payroll Hub in Copenhagen, the focal point of our specialized payroll expertise. Here, you will undergo formal training and receive mentoring from our expert team. You will get hands-on experience with high-profile projects enhancing your knowledge and skills.
The projects will include technical Payroll implementations and advisory on optimizing Payroll processes, which will boost your skills from a technical and advisory perspective.
We work with some of the most well-known and recognized companies in the world. Our services influence more than 1.000.000 employees globally. As you progress through your journey with us, you will play a vital role in ensuring that these employees are paid accurately and on time, managing calculations for wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
International Outlook
We at Gavdi are an international organization, and so is our Graduate program. After the first 12 months of our Graduate program, you will embark on an international assignment to one of our local offices. This will be 12 months in either Sweden, Finland, Germany, or Portugal.
As part of your international secondment, you will immerse yourself into the local culture, while collaborating with our local team. This will add to your understanding of Gavdi as an organization, deepen your insights into our international operations, and expand your professional network.

Your Background
- An associate’s degree and/or background within Payroll.
- Fluency in English and Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or German – written and spoken.
- Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or German citizenship
- You are a team player, who will actively contribute to both our working and social environment, and you are a part of the positive results that we create in our team in collaboration with our customers.
- You are highly detail-oriented, but you also know when to take a holistic approach, allowing you to see multiple solutions to different issues.
- You are ambitious, curious, and dedicated to your own learning.
