What You’ll Do
- Own the HR Landscape: Lead end-to-end HR functions—from talent acquisition to employee relations, performance management, and beyond.
- Champion Talent: Drive the recruitment process to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement HR policies and processes that align with ISO and ISAE standards, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
- Ignite Development: Spearhead organizational development and HR cycle initiatives that shape our culture and drive performance.
- Mentor & Inspire: Cultivate the potential of the HR organisation, providing structured mentorship and fostering growth both centrally and in market.
- Advisory Role: Be the trusted HR point of contact for employees and leadership, guiding them through HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Compliance & Well-being: Ensure Labor law adherence across regions and advocate for a workplace that prioritizes employee well-being.
- Lead Change: Drive continuous change and performance improvement initiatives that build a resilient, adaptable organization prepared for the future.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 4-6+ years of proven HR management in an international setting, skilled in talent acquisition and driving people performance in a progressive organisation.
- Forward-Thinking: Passionate about the latest organisational transformation, HR technology and innovative trends, with an eye on continuous improvement- pushing the boundaries for business benefit and growth.
- Project Leader: Experienced in leading and executing at speed HR projects that align with business objectives and deliver impactful results.
- Adaptable & Hands-On: Thrive in fast-paced progressive environments and tackle challenges with a proactive approach.
- People-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships, build a positive performance culture, and communicate effectively with out people, partners and clients.
- Globally Aware: Confident in navigating Labor laws and local best practices across various countries to maintain compliance and ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborative: As a key member of the Group Management team you will work closely with colleagues in HQ as well as Business Line Directors and our Market Leaders.
