PXMSOFT is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer & Partner Alliance Manager.

The role as a Customer & Partner Alliance Manager involves a combination of relationship-building skills and strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our customers’ and partners’ needs and objectives. You will be responsible for your own customer and partner portfolio, positioned across Europe and MENA.

Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management

  • Maximizing their investment: Proactively engage with customers to ensure they leverage the full functionality of Gavdi’s products.
  • Account Health Monitoring: Consistently monitor account health, identify early risk indicators, and proactively address customer concerns.
  • Revenue Growth: Manage, track, and update account activities including subscriptions, financial practices, and contract terms. Collaborate with Gavdi Group Sales, SAP, and key stakeholders to identify upsell opportunities and secure subscription renewals.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with multiple customer stakeholders.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Lead Customer Satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
  • Understanding Customer Organizations: Gain insight into customer IT, HR landscape, marketing, and finance structures to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers within Gavdi, addressing competitive threats and ensuring proper escalation channels.
  • Customer References: Drive customer references and share business transformation stories across accounts.
  • Tenders and Proposals: Assist the Management Team in tenders and proposals.
  • Service Order Development: Utilize customer-specific knowledge to develop high-quality service orders.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve any raised issues or concerns. Proactively identify and address potential challenges for a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities Partner Alliance Management:

Collaborate closely with partners to enhance offerings and expand market footprint. This involves:

  • Strategic Partnership Building: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key organizations that align with PXMSOFT’s goals and values, forstering growth and innovation
  • Joint Solution Development: Work hand-in-hand with partners to develop integrated solutions that combine PXMSOFT’s products with their offerings, addressing customers’ needs and adding value
  • Market Expansion: Leverage partner networks to explore and expand new markets and customer segments for PXMSOFT’s products and services.
  • Alliance Enablement: Provide support and resources to partners to enable them to effectively sell and deliver PXMSOFT solutions. This may involve training, marketing collateral, technical assistance, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment and success.
  • Collaborative Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive awareness and demand for our combined offerings.
  • Customer Solution Presentations: Collaborate with partners on presentations for customers showcasing the overall value proposition and addressing specific pain points.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop with partners to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to continuously improve our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as a liaison between PXMSOFT and the partner organizations. Foster open communication, resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

Qualifications and skills

  • Cultivating Partner Relationships: Demonstrated experience in managing and nurturing partnerships to foster growth and collaboration.
  • Engagement Skills: Strong ability to communicate with customers of varying levels and seniority.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize changes for customer success.
  • Solution Translation: Ability to translate technical solution proposals into tangible business processes and value for customers.
  • Technical Aptitude: High level of technical understanding, analytical approach to challenges, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Significant experience in customer service roles.
  • SAP Expertise: Previous work with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM Payroll, or Time systems would be a plus.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic environments, able to adapt and maintain control.
