Help Finnish organizations get more value from their HR technology

We’re looking for a Client Engagement Executive based in our Espoo office to focus on our Finnish client relationships. This is a role where you’ll combine sales and account management, growing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring clients get real value from working with us.

What the role involves
You’ll own and expand strategic Finnish client accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, growth, and long-term partnerships. For smaller accounts, you’ll have full responsibility for their success and development. As the primary contact for client inquiries, you’ll ensure smooth service delivery and conduct regular business reviews to understand client needs and identify new opportunities.
On the sales side, you’ll identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your client portfolio. You’ll work with colleagues to develop proposals for new business, manage change requests and contract expansions efficiently, and provide insights on the Finnish market to support broader business development.
You’ll partner closely with Client Partners on strategic account planning and work with Business Line teams to leverage Gavdi’s full-service portfolio. This includes ensuring successful delivery of engagements and change requests, with regular travel to client sites when needed.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in account management, sales, or client services within HRIT, consulting, or technology sectors

Track record in growing client accounts and managing relationships

Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel regularly to client sites

Fluency in both Finnish and English as this is essential for working with Finnish clients and our international team

Experience with SAP solutions or HR technology and understanding of the Finnish market will be valuable, as will a practical, solution-oriented approach to client challenges.
