Søren Koppelhus is the founder and Chairman of Gavdi Group. Søren is also the Managing Director of the Danish business. Søren also manages the Denmark and Germany businesses.

Group CEO
Ian serves as the Group Chief Executive of Gavdi Group, responsible for driving strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of value-driven solutions to clients. With over 30 years of global experience in business transformation and HR technology, he specializes in guiding organizations through complex transformations and leveraging cutting-edge HR technologies to deliver impactful results.
Jeffrey Bruun
Group Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey Bruun is responsible for leading financial operations across the Gavdi Group and he manages the Gavdi Financial Shared Service located in Dubai, UAE and Copenhagen, Denmark. He is a very experienced financier with more than 20 years of management experience.

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Andy Hodges is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy at Gavdi Group and also for partnerships and alliances. Andy has over 20 years of HR industry experience and also manages the UK and Ireland businesses.
