Enterprise – A cost-effective support offering targeting customers with a more complex installation than standard, covering multiple business critical processes and with several interfaces. Release Management is included.
Preferred – A comprehensive support offering targeting larger customers with a complex installation, covering multiple business critical processes and interfaces. Release Management is included.
