Project Description

“The importance of Instilling a culture of Wellbeing in your HR practices”

Well-being means more than just being physically healthy. It means engaged employees, a positive corporate culture, work-life harmonization, and more. Well-being seeks to address employee’s need for purpose and connections in addition to their emotional, financial and physical health.

Well-being is a critically important new focus area for HR and business in general. Employees feel overwhelmed by the relentless always-on nature of work, and managers now realize that employee engagement is entirely dependent on employees sense of self. In recognition of this, Gavdi are pleased to host a seminar in conjunction with SAP SuccessFactors on the topic of “The importance of Instilling a culture of Wellbeing in your HR practices”.

As part of the seminar, we are delighted to have joined forces with Jesper Madsen, Managing Director of The Mind At Work. Prior to joining The Mind At Work, Jesper was Vice President of HR at Maersk Oil, having spent over 15 years at A.P. Moller – Maersk in a wide variety of HR functions and HR Transformational roles.

During the course of the session, Jesper will share his thoughts and expertise based on his industry experience, as well as his personal experiences, on how well-being can enhance the sustainability of business operations, decrease costs, and increase employee engagement and productivity.

Alongside this, our bespoke event will also provide attendees with valuable insights into how SAP software alongside smart technology, can help you embed well-being into everything you do, at any stage of the HR lifecycle – from recruiting to rewards. By creating a workplace that fully supports employees, organizations thrive with increases in productivity, creativity and employee engagement.

Every business transformation is a people transformation. After all, employees are the living pulse of an organization – the ones that create the products, services, and experiences; the ones that drive all successes and growth.
