NEUCA takes HR to the cloud

GAVDI Polska will implement SAP SuccessFactors at the NEUCA Group, a provider of products and services in the health market. The tool will support the pursuit of the company’s mission and market strategy, and the resulting personnel policy assumptions. As part of the new solution, managers will be provided with an intuitive team management tool, while employees will benefit from a modern groupware, training and knowledge sharing platform. The system will be eventually used by 4,000 employees of the Group.

As part of the project, the Employee Central module will be launched, which is the central place to store information about employees. NEUCA managers will gain access to specific data of subordinate employees, wherever they are, also using mobile devices. The first wave of the project will include the deployment of the Onboarding module supporting the introduction of new employees, and the Learning module to support training management. The second wave anticipates the launch of the Performance & Goals and Succession & Development modules.

Thanks to SAP SuccessFactors we will unify some HR processes and provide employees a modern solution in line with the needs and requirements of the modern user.

The project in the NEUCA Group will also include the deployment of the Company’s Community Portal that will enable a rapid exchange of knowledge between multiple participants through discussion groups, knowledge bases, forums and blogs. Using this service, employees will be able to work in groups on documents in real time, lead project groups and conduct surveys. This will improve the collaboration between employees and workgroups, and reduce its cost.
