NEUCA manages employees in the cloud with
SAP SuccessFactors

Neuca were looking to increase their HR capabilities and in doing so, they have recently implemented the award winning SAP SuccessFactors HR management suite. The cloud solution will provide both management and employees with a best in class HR system. In utilizing the latest technology, Neuca will be able to enhance their core HR and talent capabilities. The system will also provide greater insight and visibility of HR data, resulting in greater knowledge sharing and collaboration between management and employees. The implementation was carried out by Gavdi Polska.

As part of the first project stream in June 2016, the corporate social site JAM had been launched for multilateral and quick knowledge sharing and collaboration. In autumn, the Employee Central module was made available to managers and employees. The module provides key insights on team members, and this project phase also includes the SuccessFactors Onboarding module which supports the process of introducing new employees to the company. The second project stream, with production launch in January 2017, included a solution for comprehensive management of training (Learning Management Solution, and a module for managing employees’ goals and skills (Performance & Goal Management) Goals & Performance). The implementation covered 4,500 of the Group’s employees. The Succession & Development module – supporting succession and development management, is planned to be made available to the users, in the upcoming months.

We also wanted to provide management with a comprehensive tool for managing their teams. It was also equally important to streamline and automate human capital management processes. SAP SuccessFactors addressed all these needs,” said Andrzej Zieliński, Head of HR Policy Department, NEUCA.
